Jen Dial is the founder of The Dial Meditation Method.
Jen began her study of Tibetan meditation over 28 years ago, and she has been teaching off and on for more than 25 years, while staying home to raise her daughters in Orange County, California.
Jen practices and teaches mindful meditation, involving a sense of purpose. Jen incorporates goal-setting within the meditative process that enables her clients to achieve a state of calm, inner peace with a crystal clear sense of purpose and intention. In The Dial Meditation Method, she guides her clients deeply within to achieve a state of balance and health. She teaches her clients how to release negative emotions and old mindsets and replace them with a positive sense of purpose, thus creating a shift of consciousness and new mindsets to align them with infinite possibilities.
