Feeling bogged down with the weight of world affairs?
Is it daunting for you to celebrate the holidays while many people and their loved ones are sick or fearful during the current health crisis?
Well you’re not alone.
And I want you to know that it’s possible to feel drained and exhausted, and then access deep joy for our abundance…gratitude for the struggle and the flow.
It’s still possible to find joy, even in the midst of difficulty. Access that deep emotion that stirs inside of your heart and soul. This is the well of deep joy within you.

Being joyful doesn’t have to translate into being happy in every circumstance.
When you can’t find joy, simply be thankful. When we are enduring hardships and a full plate, we usually try to muster the strength to persevere when we really want to just crumble.
In our quest to be strong, it can sometimes be uncomfortable to soften our hearts, even for a moment, in order to see past the struggle and be thankful.
Perhaps it feels like opening that door would overwhelm us with a tidal wave of emotion. But this is where the gold is – and you have a goldmine inside of you!
In the movie Shadowlands, C.S. Lewis and his wife discuss the fact that they can feel both pain and joy, while soaking in the view of a beautiful landscape. As C.S. Lewis is trying to cope with the pain of his wife’s terminal illness and her inevitable death, she challenges him that “the pain then is part of the happiness now.”
So no matter what we are dealing with, we can go within and access that deep well of joy.
In today’s video, I am going to review 6 tips for you to be more joyful during this holiday season:
