There’s a saying that a friend of mine used to say: “I feel like I’m trying to push a delicate butterfly through peanut butter.” Can you relate to that?
But often, the obstacles we THINK are in our way, are from the past, and aren’t even relevant any more. We call those old dwellers on the threshold because they hold us back, but they’re illusions.
We often become prisoners of old patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving. Our subconscious tapes start to play the same old stuff from the past: “you could never do that” or “that will be impossible to accomplish” or “let it go because it’s too hard and you can just start something else.”
What if I told you that all those tapes are irrelevant and false? They may have POSSIBLY held weight at one point in the past, but they are no longer applicable. Yet, we allow these old tapes to continue to play. That’s like playing an old music playlist from your childhood, right now. Perhaps it would be amusing for a few minutes but you would probably switch it to a favorite or current playlist, right?
So it’s time to clean out old mindsets, and create new ones. How do we do that? I’m glad you asked!

We start fresh. I will guide you through a meditation to release obstacles and create a mindset that reflects what you want to happen. Then we’ll add the magic ingredients: our heart and emotions to make it a mindset – heartset reset. This is the secret sauce.
Then, we create this flow within our meditation process.
In essence, we must consistently assess where we are with our goals and intentions and create a fresh path for them to come into reality within our mind and hearts by taking an inner journey with meditation.
And according to Harvard Business Review, meditation is one of the best skills to cultivate in order to stay on top of your mindset.
Meditation helps people get into a flow state of being, allows people to feel more connected within themselves and others, and allows better ideas to blossom.
I help people learn how to access this state of flow with meditation and when this intention is flowing through the mind and anchoring in the heart, then bam! This creates a magnetic attraction to manifest what we want.

Step 5: Infuse your emotions with this intention & its energy;
Step 6: Act as if your intention is happening.
