Many people are paralyzed in fear with health concerns, political uncertainty and civil unrest. Conflict and chaos are filling people with anxiety now, more than ever as the number of people seeking psychiatric help skyrockets. Even people who are not normally anxious are having to figure out how to manage increased stress.
When the outside world’s stress invades our inner world, it’s unsettling and many people shut down. Anxiety and depression medication is being used in higher rates than ever before. It’s important to use the tools we can access to get through tough times; which makes this the opportune time to seek out relaxation techniques like meditation.
Meditation can help us access the inner peace that we crave and desire. When the external world is frightening and unstable, the thoughts in our minds can be equally or more frightening. Meditation is the key to the door that we can unlock to create a safe shore from which to look out at the choppy waters of our own thoughts.
I help people learn how to meditate and access their internal core of inner peace. This core of inner peace is unshakeable so that no matter what’s happening in our external reality, we can access the part of ourselves that is whole and resilient. In this video you are going to learn how to cultivate and access this core of inner peace so that you don’t feel helpless and overwhelmed when there is chaos all around you.

Release WHAT WAS, and forgive yourself and others for things that happened in the past. Your heart is beating now, don’t waste those precious heartbeats by living in your memories of the past. Recall the silver linings and lessons your mistakes have taught you so that you can use your past for present and future good.
Focus #2
Accept WHAT IS so so that you can experience the fullness of the present moment. Increasing peaceful thoughts, emotions, speech and behaviors is a conscious choice that will elevate your current experience. Choose peace on purpose and it will become your default setting.
Focus #3
Embrace WHAT WILL BE and have hope for the future. Synch your thoughts to line up with what you want in the future so your emotions and actions will follow suit. Bring all the goodness you have learned with you to get momentum.

Not only is it beneficial for you to cultivate inner peace in your life, but this has a ripple effect in your life, and into the world. When we replace the conflict in our relationships with peace, we will experience more harmony in our personal lives and the workplace. This sense of peace and tranquility is contagious and will ripple into other people’s lives. This is how we can help lift the consciousness of humanity and elevate our experience, despite the chaos and conflict that is going on in the world.
When you meditate consistently, your ability to access inner peace will become a default setting for you.
