Every day, ask yourself these 5 questions:
- Question: What is my intention for today?
Answer: My intention for today is __________________
- Question: What are my priorities for the day?
Answer: A. Begin the day with meditation to focus on
my intention and set priorities;
B. Ensure my objectives are achievable.
- Question: Am I using all my resources (my voice, energy) to
set myself up for success today?
Answer: I am getting enough rest, eating nutritious foods and
drinking plenty of water to fortify my energy.
- Question: Do I have the support I need in place to achieve my
objectives, or do I need to ask for support?
Answer: I will confidently ask for help when I need it.
- Question: Towards the end of the day, have I finished everything
I planned for today?
Answer: If not, push unaccomplished objectives to tomorrow
or delegate to others.
When you start checking in with yourself and set your intention on a daily basis, you will feel so empowered! I’m so excited for you! No more leaf in a windstorm!
